In a drug and crime filled Washington D.C. controlled and run by Roberto Di Carlo or infamously known as Dargo and his gang the Dargos, brothers Hank and Don Hall unite and become Hawk and Dove. Initially the brothers seek justice for their dead father, Irwin Hall, but they realize that they can become more than crime fighters but symbols of hope, peace, and justice.

I think that this was a good script that captivated me with the theme and story arc. It intrigued me with where it will go after this and that's definitely a good thing.
Just try to make it more concise like I said as that's rather important. 50-70 pgs max.
I think you should just revise a bit more in spelling and typos as well since that is important if your gonna give this to an agent and would want to get it made.
