Roadkill has never had any good luck with humans. She's lived most of her life holed up in a cage and hasn't been adopted until now. Unfortunately, her new owner is a cruel, abusive man wanting to exploit her for online fame. Her life becomes a miserable routine of being put in dangerous situations, but luck seems to arrive when she's found by a strange woman wearing a powerful amulet....
