Isaac Laws has had a troubled adulthood so far as his father dissapeared a year ago and his Mum is assigned to the local physchiatric hospital. Isaac lives with his wealthy uncle (MR GOLD) who seems to run the town and have many people working for him, including half of the police force. When Isaac learns that he has a gift which allows him to have an extra minute in his day than everyone else he deiced to explore what lenghts he can go to.
