The Guilty short

The film is located in a dystopic world over half a century ahead of contemporary times where water has become a highly regulated commodity. As its use gets closely monitored, everyone is allowed only fixed amounts, and exceeding them requires especial permissions. The story opens with an ongoing interrogation about an indiscriminate use of water that has overshot the allowed levels.

While using the imminent threat of severe water shortages, a situation already being experienced by several parts of the country as well as the world, the film also invokes a reality marked by corruption, selfish motives, thefts and double crossing.
