Jake Tanner is reeling from personal tragedy and after spending six years living without a purpose in life, he decides that his best option is revenge against the man who robbed him of his future. Jake's plan is to get his revenge and escape the consequences of his actions by means of a ubiquitous and highly controversial form of time travel that exists for use by the general public.
Jake's plan goes awry, though, as corrupt cop Gavin Morris is hot on his trail and the two men end up traveling back in time together. These two men, connected by more than just time travel, navigate this new timeline as a game of cat and mouse plays out while they both struggle to overcome their personal demons and build a better future for themselves in the process.
