This is the story of a centaur who left his nomadic herd to seek out another. Following the leave of his grandfather, the herd's fertility dropped, causing Poxer - our hero - to want to leave. The story begins in the Victorian Era, with Poxer telling this to a few gentlemen in a bar. The story goes back to the times of the middle-ages when Poxer first decided to leave his herd. As the play progresses, we see him come upon a farm where he finds a fellow centaur and a job to fulfill. Things go wrong quickly that same night, and the farm is attacked.
