A San Francisco homicide inspector on stress leave recovers from a near fatal shooting that left him comatose for two months. With the help of his police appointed psychologist, Roy Carson begins picking up the pieces of his life now left in shambles due to a near death experience. But as a series of bizarre murders shock the city and leave the local police baffled, Roy jumps into action once again as he fears the killer is the same man who left him to die nearly three months earlier.
When a high level black excutive is hired racism ensues. After he is falsly charged with embezlment he turns the tables on the company. He uncovers almost 18 million dollars in funds stolen funds from the nations police departments.
